Q. I would like to request a repair. How do I do so?

Before requesting repairs, please let us know the model name and symptoms using the inquiry form. We will determine whether or not the repair is possible, and if so, we will accept the repair. Please send the product to us with shipping charges prepaid.

(※There are some devices that are difficult to handle, such as digital devices and devices for which circuit diagrams cannot be obtained. Please contact us first.)

Q. What happens if I don't repair it after receiving a repair estimate?

A. We charge an inspection fee of ¥6,600 (tax included) when providing a repair estimate. If we proceed with the repair, the inspection fee will be applied to the technical fee and will not be charged separately. We will only charge you if you cancel after providing an estimate. We appreciate your understanding.

Q. Is there a shipping charge?

Q. How long will the repair take?

A. First, we will take a look at the actual item and determine how long it will take to repair. Depending on the condition of the equipment and the availability of parts, it may take several months for the item to be repaired.

Q. Are there any additional charges for international shipping?

Customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees may apply.

These are determined by the regulations of the destination country or region and are all the customer's responsibility.
