Terms of use

 These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set forth the terms of use for the services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") provided on this website by Uchuhouse (hereinafter referred to as the "Shop"). 

Registered users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") must use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

 These Terms and Conditions apply to all relationships between users and our shop regarding the use of our services.

Article 2 (User Registration) 

User registration is considered complete when an applicant applies for user registration using the method specified by the Shop and the Shop approves the application. 

The Shop may not approve a user registration application if it determines that the applicant has any of the following reasons, and the Shop shall not be obligated to disclose the reasons for such denial.

(1) If false information is provided when applying for user registration.

(2) If the application is from someone who has previously violated these Terms of Use. 

(3) If the Shop otherwise determines that user registration is inappropriate.

Article 3 (Management of User IDs and Passwords) 

Users are responsible for managing their user IDs and passwords for this Service. Users may not, under any circumstances, transfer or lend their user IDs or passwords to third parties. 

If a user ID and password combination matches their registered information and is used to log in, this Shop will consider that the user ID is being used by the registered user.

Article 4 (Usage Fees and Payment Methods) 

In consideration for using the Service, Users shall pay the usage fees separately determined by the Shop and displayed on this website, by the method designated by the Shop.

Article 5 (Prohibited Activities) 

Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities when using the Service.

(1) Actions that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals 

(2) Actions related to criminal activity 

(3) Actions that destroy or interfere with the functionality of our server or network 

(4) Actions that may interfere with the operation of our services

(5) Collecting or storing personal information about other users 

(6) Impersonating other users 

(7) Providing benefits directly or indirectly to anti-social forces in connection with our services 

(8) Any other actions that our shop deems inappropriate

Article 6 (Suspension of Service Provision, etc.) 

The Shop may suspend or interrupt provision of the Service, in whole or in part, without prior notice to the User, if it determines that any of the following circumstances exist:

(1) When maintenance, inspection, or updates are performed on the computer system related to the Service. 

(2) When providing the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure, such as an earthquake, lightning strike, fire, power outage, or natural disaster. 

(3) When a computer or communication line is down due to an accident. 

(4) When the Shop determines that providing the Service is difficult.

The Shop shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by users or third parties due to the suspension or interruption of the provision of this service, regardless of the reason.

Article 7 (Restrictions on Use and Cancellation of Registration) 

The Shop may restrict a User's use of all or part of the Service or cancel the User's registration without prior notice in the following cases:

(1) If you violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions 

(2) If it is discovered that your registration information contains false information 

(3) If the Shop otherwise determines that your use of the Service is inappropriate.

The Shop shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result of any actions taken by the Shop pursuant to this Article.

Article 8 (Disclaimer) 

The Shop shall be exempt from liability for default on its obligations unless the default is due to the Shop's willful misconduct or gross negligence. 

Even if the Shop is held liable for any reason, the Shop shall only be liable for compensation up to the extent of damages that would normally arise and, for paid services, up to the price (or one month's fee for continuous services).

Our shop assumes no responsibility for any transactions, communications, or disputes that arise between users and other users or third parties regarding this service.

Article 9 (Changes to Service Content, etc.) 

The Shop reserves the right to change the content of the Service or discontinue its provision without notice to the User, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result.

Article 10 (Changes to Terms of Use) 

This shop reserves the right to change these terms at any time without notice to users if it deems it necessary.

Article 11 (Notifications or Contact) 

Notifications or contact between the user and the shop shall be made in accordance with the method specified by the shop.

Article 12 (Prohibition of Transfer of Rights and Obligations) 

Users may not transfer or pledge their status under the Terms of Use or their rights or obligations under these Terms to a third party without the Shop's prior written consent.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction) 

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to the Service, the court with jurisdiction over the Shop's head office location shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
