Returns and cancellations


[Regarding Returns and Exchanges] 

We only accept returns if the product is defective or if it was delivered incorrectly. 

We regret that we cannot accept cancellations after an order has been placed or returns for personal reasons.

As no two items are alike, we are unable to offer exchanges.

・If the shipping date of the item has passed more than five days since we provided you with the return address.

・If we have not received prior notice and are unable to confirm.

・Items that have been used more than once.

・Products that have been washed. 

・Products with tags or price tags that have been removed or lost. 

・Products that are missing parts or accessories.

・Damaged items. 

・Any other items that are determined to show signs of use after being inspected upon arrival at our company. 

We may not be able to accept returns in certain circumstances.
