I loved tinkering with machines from an early age, and went on to attend a technical college to major in electronic engineering. After working as a repairman for a printer manufacturer, I worked at Avid as a product specialist for the audio production software "ProTools." After that, I worked in the new business planning department at WACOM, where I was involved in product development, including formulating specifications for nextbeat (DJ equipment). After that, I launched an audio equipment brand and gained around 10 years of management experience, before discovering my love for music equipment and the appeal of repairing it,

which is where I am today.

Toco* (clothing-koromo)

Since I was a child, I have enjoyed creating things in general, such as dyeing, knitting, drawing, and crafts. Raised in a gypsy-like family, I spent my childhood in Canada and the United States. (Moving 11 times as a child!) After studying dressmaking at AFA for 2 years, I entered the Tokyo Vantan Design Institute on a scholarship, where I studied pattern making for three years while gaining experience as a fitter at the Tokyo Collection. At the Ebisu Volume Max Contest, I won 5 judges' awards, including the IS (Sunao Kuwahara) Award and Takarajimasha Cutie Award. Obtained Level 2 Color Coordinator, Level 2 Pattern Making Certification, and Intermediate Dressmaking Skills Certification. While still a student, I launched my own brand and gained experiencein manufacturing products at a sewing factory in Thailand. After graduating, I was put in charge of buying at a retail store and taking orders at exhibitions, learning all about store management. In 2007, I opened "cupucupu," a store in Kichijoji that sells my own brand and select products, and has been blessed with many wonderful encounters.

In 2013, I had a child and took a temporary break from activities.
I am now a mother of 2 adorable children.
