Shipping and Payment Methods

The following payment methods are available in our online store: 

・Credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express) 

・Bank transfer (PayPay Bank) 

For bank transfers, please make the payment within three business days of your application. 

If payment is not confirmed within the specified period, your order will be canceled. 

Sales prices are set in Japanese yen.

Regarding clothing:

・ In-stock items: We will pack and ship within two business days of receiving your order. 

・Made-to-order items: Production times vary depending on the item, so please refer to the individual product pages. (Generally, we expect delivery within 14 business days of receiving your order.)

Repaired items: 

Once we notify you that the repair is complete, we will pack and ship the item. 

If you have not received your ordered item more than three days after receiving the shipping email, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us.

If your order falls on a weekend or public holiday, it will be shipped on the next business day. 

Please be careful not to make any mistakes in your delivery address information. 

If the information is incorrect, your item may not arrive.

Clothing items will be packed and shipped within two days of receiving your order. 

Delivery will take approximately one to two days after shipping, depending on your region. 

If you have not received your order more than three days after receiving the shipping email, please contact us.

For clothing purchases over ¥30,000 (tax included), shipping is free. (Domestic shipping only.) 

For other orders, actual shipping costs will be charged depending on the size. 

For repaired items, shipping and packaging fees will be the customer's responsibility depending on the size. Thank you for your understanding.
